I recently discovered Adobe Lightroom and am now super excited. Since I consider digital painting to be painting virtually with light, why not use a program that alters photos? Here’s what I’ve been able to do with this program so far with paintings I’ve already done.
I know! It’s amazing right? I’m excited to try it during a painting process rather than at the end. Look for that coming soon. This program is on a monthly subscription for $10 and there is a free trial. If you think you might like it, you can try it out before you decide. I haven’t learned everything with this program yet, so if you have, put it in the comments below so we all can learn something!
Some of you may have heard of my Patreon. This is where you can pledge a certain monthly amount to allow me to continue creating what I love and hopefully make it better and you get cool extras that only available for Patreon members. The first goal is getting $10 a month. This will cover the monthly subscription for me to have Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Once I get the $10 a month, I will work on releasing a video that explains how I use it and shows you some of its features.
I have 50+ people that follow me here and across my social media platforms. Among all of you, I think we can get 10 people to pledge $1 a month. With that $1, you’ll get wallpapers of my paintings for your computer screen. That way even if you don’t have money for a print or anything else, you can enjoy the painting on your computer screen. There are other goodies for people who join at higher levels, so make sure to check those out too!
For those of you who are wondering, my art show has been moved to September. I will make a blog post explaining this later. So be on the lookout for that. Thank you to all of you who have been here through my long journey! I appreciate all of you. Make sure you’re subscribed to this blog so you don’t miss out on anything. Leave a comment on your way out (don’t forget to check out my Patreon) and I’ll talk to you next time!
